Zudem ist im Apartment ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC vorhanden. Außerdem sind ein Bett und ein Arbeitsplatz mit Tisch und Stühlen vorhanden. Die Wohnung wird über Bodenheizung geheizt. Wasser, Strom, Heizkosten und Internet sind im Mietpreis enthalten. Des Weiteren befinden sich die Waschmaschinen (bezahlbar über App) im Keller, sowie der Müllraum und ein gemeinschaftlicher Arbeitsraum. Die Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind entweder mit dem Bus 53 oder zu Fuß erreichbar (8min von der Wohnung entfernt). Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine Nichtraucher Wohnung. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Further, there is a bed and a workstation with table and chairs. The apartment is heated with floor heating. Water, electricity, heating costs and internet are included in the rent. Furthermore, the washing machines (payment via app) are located in the basement, as well as the rubbish room and a communal workroom. There are also letterboxes in the entrance area of the building, as well as a communal room with chairs and table football. The building was built in 2022 and is located next to the BUGA 2023 site (Spinelli Park). Bus 53 runs in front of the residential building and takes you to supermarkets such as Lidl or Rewe. The University of Mannheim can be reached by tram lines 5 or 5A from the Mannheimer Straße or Käfertal Bahnhof stops. The tram stops can be reached either by bus 53 or on foot (8mins from the apartment building). The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. The apartment is only for university students. |
