Description german: | Hey, Ich starte im Januar mein Auslandssemester und duche deshalb einen Untermieter für das Frühjarssemester. :) Das Gebäude ist ein Privatvermietes Studentenwohnheim in dem nur Studenten leben. Die Wohnung ist 24 qm groß und hat ein Singleküche. Außerdem ist sie, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, Vollmöbeliert. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden und es gibt einen Waschraum für das ganze Haus in dem man seine Wäsche günstig Waschen kann. Da die Wohnung zum Innenhof gerichtet ist ist es Nachts immer ruhig. Von der Wohnung aus sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Bus oder der Bahn zur Uni, zu Fuß circa 20. Die Wohnung liegt genau zwischen der Bushhaltestelle Akademiestraße und der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Rheinstraße, die beide in 2 Minuten Fußläufig erreichbar sind. Der nächste Supermarkt ist der Jungbusch Penny (ca. 8 Minuten), ich gehe allerdings meistens einfach auf dem Heimweg von der Uni kaufen. Der Jungbusch ist das Studentenviertel in Mannheim mit vielen Bars und auch die Clubs der Stadt sind alle Fußläufig gut erreichbar. In der Miete von 575€ ist Strom, Internet und Wasser inklusive. Falls ein Parkplatz benötigt wird kann man sich einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz hier im Haus mieten, der Preis müsste allerdings nachgefragt werden. Gegenüber ist auch noch ein gratis Parkplatz, da ist oft auch noch was frei. In der Tiefgarage sind außerdem Abstellsplätze fürs Fahrrad. Also schreibt mir gern wenn ihr Interesse habt. :) |
Description english: | Hey, I'm starting my semester abroad in January and am therefore looking for a lodger for the spring semester. :) The building is a privately rented student residence where only students live. The apartment is 24 square meters and has a single kitchen. It is also, as you can see in the pictures, fully furnished. An elevator is available and there is a laundry room for the whole house where you can do your laundry cheaply. As the apartment faces the inner courtyard, it is always quiet at night. From the apartment it is 10 minutes by bus or train to the university, on foot about 20. The apartment is located exactly between the bus stop Akademiestraße and the streetcar stop Rheinstraße, both of which are within 2 minutes walking distance. The nearest supermarket is Jungbusch Penny (approx. 8 minutes), but I usually just go shopping on the way home from university. Jungbusch is the student district in Mannheim with lots of bars and the city's clubs are all within walking distance. The rent of €575 includes electricity, internet and water. If you need a parking space, you can rent an underground parking space here in the building, but the price would have to be inquired about. There is also a free parking space opposite, which is often free. There are also parking spaces for bicycles in the underground garage. So please write to me if you are interested. :) |
