Es handelt sich um eine 3er Wohngemeinschaft, Bad und Küche werden geteilt, allerdings hat jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Waschbecken. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und beinhaltet einen Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl. Bei Bedarf, sollte es auch möglich sein das Zimmer für einen längeren Zeitraum zu mieten. Description english: | This large residential complex, which is modeled on a three-master, is situated in a prominent location directly on the connecting canal. The surroundings are exceptional: at the interface between the harbor and the city center with a view of the new harbor promenade, flanked by the Popakademie and Musikpark, in the multicultural Jungbusch district, which is currently experiencing an exciting renaissance. There is a bus stop right next to the building - the canteen, university, music academy and main railway station can be reached in just a few minutes. It is a shared flat for 3 people, bathroom and kitchen are shared, but each room has its own washbasin. The room is fully furnished and includes a desk and desk chair. In case one wants to rent the room for a longer period that should also be possible.
