Description german: | Die Wohnung lieft im vierten (Zimmer und Bad) und fünften (Küche) Stock und ist insgesamt 140 m² groß. Das Zimmer ist 26m² groß. Es wird möbliert vermietet, sodass Du Bett, Schreibtisch, Schränke, Regale, Klimaanlage, etc. übernehmen kannst. Das Internet in der WG ist sehr gut (250 Mbit), so dass es bei uns selbst wenn jeder es nutzt noch nie zu Problemen kam. In der großen Küche, die das ganze obere Stockwerk einnimmt haben wir zudem ein Sofa, stehen sowie einen Esstisch, an dem man zusammen in der WG den Abend verbringen kann. Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten Fußweg von der Straßenbahnstation Alte Feuerwache entfernt, von der man innerhalb von 10 Minuten den Hauptbahnhof und die Uni erreichen kann. 100m von der WG entfernt ist zudem eine Nextbike-Station, sodass Du auch mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 10 Minuten an der Uni sein kannst. Wichtige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäckerei, Edeka, Penny und ein bis 24:00 geöffneter Rewe!) sind alle nur wenige 100m von der Wohnung entfernt. Deine drei Mitbewohner studieren alle ebenfalls an der Uni (2x BWL 1x?). Mein Mitbewohner untervermietet sein Zimmer ebenfalls für den gleichen Zeitraum wie ich, so dass Du auch mit jemanden zusammen in die WG ziehen kannst. |
