Description german: | Mein Mitbewohner geht von September 2024 bis Januar 2025 ins Auslandssemester, daher vermieten wir sein Zimmer in dieser Zeit unter. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und zentral gelegen, direkt gegenüber von q6/q7. Das Zimmer ist vollausgestattet und zudem bietet die Wohnung ein großes, gemütliches Wohnzimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche inklusive Waschmaschine sowie einen Balkon. Zur Universität und zum Bahnhof sind es jeweils nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Tram-Haltestelle „Strohmaekt“ ist nur eine Minute entfernt. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich die Einkaufspassage q6/q7 mit Supermärkten wie Rewe und dm. Ich bin BWL-Student an der Universität Mannheim und suche bevorzugt nach Studierenden, sei es Austauschstudenten oder Einheimischen. Da es sich nicht um eine reine Zweck-WG handelt, wäre es schön, jemanden zu finden, mit dem man auch mal gemeinsam kochen oder etwas trinken gehen kann. Description english: | My roommate is going abroad for a semester, so we are subletting his room from September 1, 2024, to January 31, 2025. The apartment is spacious and centrally located, directly across from q6/q7. The room is fully furnished, and the apartment also includes a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, and a balcony. It’s a 10-minute walk to both the university and the train station, and the tram stop "Strohmaekt" is just a minute away. The shopping center q6/q7 with stores like Rewe and dm is directly across the street. I’m a business student at the University of Mannheim and prefer to find another student, whether exchange or local. Since this isn’t just a purpose-built shared apartment, it would be great to have someone with whom I can cook together or go out for drinks occasionally.
