Description german: | Diese Wohnung ist perfekt für Studenten/in, der/die alleine wohnt. Es verfügt über einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank mit viel Ablagefläche, einen Schreibtisch mit einer Lampe und einer Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, einen großen Esstisch und ein Doppelbett. Ein großes Bücherregal unterteilt den Raum und bietet viel Platz für Dekoration und persönliche Sachen. Es gibt ein separates Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Es gibt auch einen separaten Küchenbereich mit einem großen Kühlschrank, einer Air Fryer, einem Backofen, einer Mikrowelle, einem Elektroherd mit Abzugshaube, einer Spüle und einem kleinen Frühstückstisch im Barstil. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Tellern, Tassen und Gläsern (einschließlich Weingläsern), Besteck, Töpfen und Pfannen. Die Fenster haben Verdunkelungsvorhänge, so dass das Schlafzimmer, die Küche und die gesamte Wohnung komplett verdunkelt werden können. Die Wohnung ist gut belüftet und hell. Die Wände zu den anderen Wohnungen und zum Flur sind dick, so dass kaum Lärm aus dem Inneren (oder von außen) der Wohnung zu hören ist. Es gibt hauptsächlich ältere Nachbarn oder Familien, so dass es im Gebäude immer recht ruhig ist. Die Wände bieten auch eine gute Wärmedämmung, so dass die Wohnung auch in den Sommermonaten kühl ist. Im Winter sorgen die drei Gasheizungen in der Wohnung für eine angenehme - sogar heiße - Temperatur im Inneren (kann je nach Wunsch eingestellt werden). Es liegt direkt neben zwei Gebäuden der Universität Mannheim, zwei Gehminuten von zwei Bibliotheken entfernt. Das Schloss ist drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und die nächste Straßenbahn-/Bushaltestelle ist zwei Minuten entfernt. Das Gebäude ist sehr gepflegt (regelmäßige Reinigung) und es gibt einen modernen Aufzug und eine Garage. Außerdem gibt es Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen wie einen Wäschetrockenraum und einen Fahrradraum. Die Wohnung blickt auf einen schönen und sorgfältig gepflegten Innenhof, der für Grillabende und Freizeitaktivitäten genutzt werden kann und nur den Bewohnern des Gebäudes zugänglich ist. Auf der rechten Seite des Gebäudes befindet sich ein grüner Platz, einer der wenigen im Mannheimer Stadtzentrum. Description english: | This apartment is perfect for a student living on their own. It has a walk-in wardrobe with plenty of shelf space, along with a work desk with a lamp and a Nespresso coffee machine, a large dining table and a queen-sized bed. A large bookshelf divides the room, with plenty of space for decorations and personal items. There is a separate private bathroom and shower with a washing machine. There is also a separate kitchen area with a large fridge, air fryer, oven, microwave, electric stove top with exhaust fan, sink and a small bar-style breakfast table. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cups and glasses (including wine glasses), cutlery, pots and pans. The windows have blackout curtains, so that the bedroom, kitchen and the whole apartment can be completely darkened. The apartment is well-ventilated and bright. The walls to other apartments and the corridor are thick, so there is little noise heard from the inside (or outside) of the apartment. There are mostly elderly neighbours or families, so the building is always rather quiet. The walls also provide good heat insulation, so that the apartment is cool even in the summer months. During winter, the three gas heaters in the apartment provide a pleasant - even hot - temperature inside (can be adjusted according to your preference). It is located right next to two buildings of the University of Mannheim, a two-minute walk from two libraries. The castle is a three-minute walk away, and the nearest tram/bus stop is two minutes away. The building is very well maintained (frequent cleaning) and there is a modern lift and garage. There are also communal facilities such as a laundry drying room and bicycle storage. The apartment overlooks a lovely and meticulously maintained courtyard which can be used for cookouts and leisure, which is only accessible to residents of the building.
