Description german:	Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Dielenboden und hohe Decken, wodurch man den vollen Charme einer Altbauwohnung hat. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und freundlich. Die Küche besitzt eine Waschmaschine und das Bad wurde vor einigen Jahren neu gemacht. Im Innenhof kann man super sein Fahrrad abstellen. Zusätzlich hat diese Wohnung ein Kellerabteil mit genügend Stauraum. In dem Mietpreis sind Strom und Internetanschluss bereits drin. Das Zimmer befindet sich mitten im Jungbusch. Hier gibt es viele nette Bars und Restaurants. Zur Uni braucht man ca. 15 min zu Fuß. Zum Penny gute 5min. In die Innenstadt läuft man ca. 10 min. Der Bus ist in 2 min und die nächste Bahn Station in 6 min zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man natürlich schneller. Tier und Next Bike gibt es auch immer um die Ecke, genauso wie einen Bäcker und einen Paketshop. In dieser WG leben aktuell 3 Personen: ich , Luna, und Niklas. Niklas wird im August ausziehen. Ich bin 21 Jahre alt und studiere an der Universität Mannheim und ab Mitte September gehe ich ins Auslandssemester. Luna ist 21 Jahre alt und studiert soziale Arbeit an der Hochschule im 2. Semester, tanzt gerne, macht Yoga, bastelt oder trifft sich mit Freunden. In der WG herrscht eine freundliche und offene Atmosphäre. Jeder ist offen etwas zu Unternehmen oder sich einfach spontan zum Quatschen in der Wohnung zu treffen. Es ist ein cooles Miteinander, aber genauso wird die Privatsphäre von jedem respektiert und man kann sich ungestört in seinem Zimmer zurückziehen. Description english:	The apartment has beautiful floorboards and high ceilings, giving it all the charm of an old building. The room is very bright and friendly. The kitchen has a washing machine and the bathroom was redone a few years ago. The inner courtyard is a great place to park your bike. This apartment also has a cellar compartment with plenty of storage space. Electricity and internet connection are already included in the rent. The room is located in the middle of Jungbusch. There are many nice bars and restaurants here. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the university. A good 5 minutes to Penny. The city center is about a 10-minute walk. The bus is 2 minutes away and the next train station is 6 minutes away. By bike you are of course faster. Tier and Next Bike are always around the corner, as well as a bakery and a parcel store. There are currently 3 people living in this shared flat: me, Luna, and Niklas. Niklas will be moving out in August. I am 21 years old and study at the University of Mannheim and from mid-September I will be spending a semester abroad. Luna is 21 years old and is studying social work at the university in her 2nd semester, likes dancing, doing yoga, arts and crafts or meeting up with friends. There is a friendly and open atmosphere in the shared flat. Everyone is open to doing something or simply meeting up spontaneously to chat in the apartment.
