Description german: | Ich biete mein Zimmer zur Untervermietung an. Es handelt sich um ein WG-Zimmer in einer 6er-WG im Wohnheim Ulmenweg des Studierendenwerks. Die anderen Mitbewohner sind sehr entspannt, und die allgemeine Atmosphäre im Wohnheim ist angenehm und locker, da viele Auslandsstudierende dort wohnen. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit zwei Schränken, einem Bett und einem Schreibtisch. Zudem befindet sich ein Waschbecken mit Spiegel im Zimmer. Für die sechs WG-Mitglieder gibt es eine Gemeinschaftsdusche und zwei separate Toiletten. Es gibt außerdem eine große Gemeinschaftsküche. Description english: | I am offering my room for subletting. It is a shared room in a 6-person flatshare in the Ulmenweg dormitory of the Studierendenwerk. The other roommates are very relaxed, and the general atmosphere in the dormitory is pleasant and easygoing, as many international students live there. The room is furnished with two wardrobes, a bed, and a desk. Additionally, there is a sink with a mirror in the room. There is a shared shower and two separate toilets for the six flatshare members. There is also a large communal kitchen.
