Ambient Light - 5.1 Soundsystem - Klimaanlage und Luftentfeuchter für das ideale Raumklima - Bequemer Sessel - Schreibtisch, ergonomischer Schreibtischstuhl - Mehre Schränke - Waschbecken direkt im Zimmer - Eigner WLAN-Router Zusätzlich ist das Zimmer mit einem umfangreichen Smart Home System ausgestattet, so lassen sich aller Lichter, die Klimaanlage, dass Soundsystem sowie der Fernseher bequem vom Handy steuern Das Zimmer befindet sich im Studentenwohnheim Hafenstraße und ist mit dem Fahrrad und Bus 10min sowie zu Fuß 20min von der Uni entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Fußläufig erreichbar, eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür, so ist z.B. auch der Hauptbahnhof sehr einfach zu erreichen. Die WG Selbst verfügt über eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit mehren Induktionsherd, kleinem Ofen sowie ausreichend Stauraum und einem großen Kühlschrank. Zwei separate WCs sowie eine Dusche sind vorhanden. Das WG Leben ist sehr harmonisch und ruhig - keine Party WG. Die Wohnanlage verfügt über eine Fahrradkeller und Waschraum. |

The room is fully furnished and has extensive equipment: - 27" monitor + USB-C docking station - TV incl. ambient light - 5.1 sound system - Air conditioning and dehumidifier for the ideal room climate - Comfortable armchair - Desk, ergonomic desk chair - Several wardrobes - Washbasin directly in the room - Own WLAN router In addition, the room is equipped with an extensive smart home system, so all lights, the air conditioning, the sound system and the TV can be conveniently controlled from your mobile phone The room is located in the Hafenstraße student residence and is 10 minutes away from the university by bike and bus and 20 minutes on foot. Shopping facilities are within walking distance and there is a bus stop right outside the front door, making it very easy to reach the main railway station, for example. The shared flat itself has a communal kitchen with several induction hobs, a small oven, plenty of storage space and a large fridge. There are two separate WCs and a shower. Life in the shared flat is very harmonious and quiet - not a party flat. The residential complex has a bicycle storage room and laundry room. |
