Description german: | Möbliertes WG-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete für Auslandsaufenthalt Ich vermiete mein gemütliches, möbliertes WG-Zimmer für die Zeit meines Auslandsaufenthalts. Das Zimmer ist ca. 22qm groß und bietet ausreichend Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Ausstattung des Zimmers: - Bett - Schreibtisch mit Stuhl - Kleiderschrank - Regale - Wäscheständer Ausstattung der Wohnung: - Voll ausgestattete Küche (Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach , Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler) - Waschmaschine - Zwei Badezimmer: eins mit Dusche und Badewanne + 2 Waschbecken, das andere mit Toilette - Gemütlicher Balkon, perfekt für entspannte Abende Unsere Wohnung liegt in einer sehr zentralen Gegend (Zentraler geht nicht). Alle wichtigen Einrichtungen wie Supermärkte, Bäckereien und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zudem befindet sich die Universität in unmittelbarer Nähe (5-10 Minuten zu Fuß). Über die Mitbewohner lässt sich derzeit noch nichts Genaueres sagen, da meine aktuellen Mitbewohner ebenfalls während dieses Zeitraums im Ausland sein werden. Das bedeutet, dass auch die beiden anderen Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei sind. Falls du also jemanden kennst, mit dem du während dieser Zeit gerne zusammenleben möchtest, kannst du dich gerne bei mir melden. Ich helfe dir dann gerne dabei, den Kontakt zu meinen jetzigen Mitbewohnern herzustellen, um das passende WG-Leben zu organisieren. Diese Zwischenmiete bietet eine wunderbare Gelegenheit, neue Leute kennenzulernen und erste Erfahrungen im WG-Leben zu machen. Miete: Der monatliche Mietpreis beträgt 535€ Euro, inklusive aller Nebenkosten (Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Internet). Description english: | Furnished shared room for temporary sublet during study abroad I am renting out my cozy, furnished shared room for the duration of my study abroad. The room is approximately 22 square meters and offers plenty of space to feel comfortable. Room amenities: Bed Desk with chair Wardrobe Shelves Clothes rack Apartment amenities: Fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) Washing machine Two bathrooms: one with shower and bathtub + 2 sinks, the other with toilet Cozy balcony, perfect for relaxing evenings Our apartment is located in a very central area (it doesn't get more central than this). All important facilities such as supermarkets, bakeries, and public transportation are within a 1-2 minute walk. Additionally, the university is in close proximity (3 minutes on foot). Regarding the roommates, nothing specific can be said at the moment, as my current roommates will also be abroad during this period. This means that the other two rooms are also available for sublet. So if you know someone you would like to live with during this time, feel free to contact me.
