Description german: | Zimmer Das Zimmer ist ca 18qm groß und wird komplett möbiliert übergeben (auf Wunsch kann ich einzelne Möbel aber auch vorab in den Keller räumen, falls Du eigene Möbel mitnehmen willst). Vor unserem Einzug (Nov. 2022) wurde nochmal komplett neu gestrichen und neuer Fußboden verlegt. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss eines 6-Familienhaus und verfügt über einen eigenen Zugang. Die Küche ist sehr geräumig mit einem großen Küchentisch, an den auch gerne mal mehr als 5/6 Leute passen und verfügt über Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Backofen, Toaster und einen, von uns gerne genutzten, Airfryer. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls sehr geräumig und beinhaltet neben der 1x1m Dusche auch eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine Lage Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe (1min zu Fuß) zur Staßenbahnhaltestelle „Schafweide“, von wo man mit der Linie 4 direkt in die Innenstadt gelangt. Auch die Haltestelle „Alte Feuerwache“ ist nur 6min zu Fuß erreichbar, von wo man direkt zum Schloss fahren kann. Über die Haltestelle „Universitätsklinikum“ (4min zu Fuß) kommt man in 15min zum Mannheimer Hauptbahnhof. Direkt „hinter“ dem Haus ist ein Penny und 4min zu Fuß entfernt findet man einen Rewe, Edeka oder auch die Post. Wenn es warm ist, kann man auch direkt zur Neckarwiese gehen, auf welcher man gemeinsam schöne Abendstunden verbringen kann. WG-Leben Die WG besteht aus Silas (20) und mir (Linus, 21). Wir studieren beide Wirtschaftsinformatik im 4. Semester an der Universität Mannheim und haben uns hier auch kennengelernt. Da ich nächstes Semester im Ausland bin, wir aber beide gerne die WG aufrechterhalten würden, bieten wir mein Zimmer zur Untermiete an. Silas ist grundsätzlich sehr pflegeleicht, er geht gerne ins Gym, unregelmäßig laufen und ist allgemein ein sehr umgänglicher, respektvoller Mensch. Das WG-Leben kann ganz nach belieben gestaltet werden, es kann gemeinsam in der geräumigen Küche gekocht werden, es kann gemeinsam trainert werden, man kann aber auch ganz in Ruhe sich in sein Zimmer zurückziehen und konzentriert lernen. Sauberkeit ist schon wichtig, wir staubaugen und putzen regelmäßig (min. 1 mal die Woche) die Wohnung. Wenn es warm ist sitzen wir gemeinsam auf der, in den Innenhof gerichteten, Terrasse und genießen die Sonne. |
Description english: | Room The room is approx. 18sqm and will be handed over fully furnished (on request, I can also move individual pieces of furniture into the basement in advance if you want to take your own furniture with you). Before we moved in (Nov. 2022) the room was completely repainted and new flooring was laid. The apartment is on the first floor of a 6-family house and has its own entrance. The kitchen is very spacious with a large kitchen table that can easily fit more than 5/6 people and has a dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster and an airfryer that we like to use. The bathroom is also very spacious and includes a 1x1m shower, a bathtub and a washing machine Location The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity (1min walk) to the tram stop “Schafweide”, from where you can take line 4 directly to the city center. The “Alte Feuerwache” stop is also just a 6-minute walk away, from where you can travel directly to the castle. The “Universitätsklinikum” stop (4min walk) takes you to Mannheim main station in 15min. There is a Penny directly “behind” the house and a Rewe, Edeka or the post office are just a 4-minute walk away. When it's warm, you can also walk directly to the Neckarwiese, where you can spend pleasant evenings together. Shared flat life The flat share consists of Silas (20) and me (Linus, 21). We are both studying Business Informatics in the 4th semester at the University of Mannheim and got to know each other here. As I will be abroad next semester, but we would both like to keep the shared flat going, we are offering my room as a sublet. Silas is generally very low-maintenance, he likes to go to the gym, goes running irregularly and is generally a very sociable, respectful person. Life in the shared flat can be organized as you like, you can cook together in the spacious kitchen, you can train together, but you can also retreat to your room in peace and quiet and concentrate on your studies. Cleanliness is important, we vacuum and clean the apartment regularly (at least once a week). When it's warm, we sit together on the patio facing the courtyard and enjoy the sun. |
