Description german: | Hey Zusammen, wir suchen zum 1. Juli (oder 15. Juli) bis 1. Januar bzw. 15. Januar eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für unsere WG in der Mannheimer Neckarstadt-West. Die Wohnungen wurden 2022 neu saniert, das Haus wurde in den 1930er gebaut. Dementsprechend ist alles super neu und dennoch im Altbau-Charme gehalten. Das inserierte Zimmer umfasst ca. 15 Quadratmeter. Dank einer großen Fensterfront ist es sehr hell und angenehm belichtet. Ansonsten ist die WG insgesamt 125 Quadratmeter groß und verfügt über eine geräumige Küche, die sich für gemeinsames Kochen und WG-Abende sehr gut eignet. Außerdem gibt es insgesamt 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche/Badewanne und WC, was natürlich super praktisch ist und Stau am Morgen verhindert! Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist, dass das Wohnhaus einen großen Innenhof hat, sowie einen Kellerabteil, so dass du auch dein Fahrrad problemlos unterstellen kannst. Die Warmmiete inklusive Strom, Fernwärme, Internet und Versicherungen beträgt 530€. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem süßen Haus direkt neben dem Café Rost in der Neckarstadt-West. Also nur einen Schritt vor die Haustür für einen leckeren Kaffee. Klingt gut oder? ???? Du bist von der Wohnung aus in 5 min am Neckar (zum Spazieren, Picknicken, Joggen,... perfekt) und in 15 min in der Stadt... und das zu Fuß :) Die Wohnung liegt in einer netten Seitenstraße an der Mittelstraße, dementsprechend sind alle Supermärkte und Läden schnell zu erreichen. Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Antonia, Lena, Lucy und Leandro. Lucy ist 21 Jahre alt und macht ihre Ausbildung zur Handelsfachwirtin bei Engelhorn. Sie liebt Kaffee- oder auch Schorlesessions und ist für fast jeden Blödsinn zu haben. Antonia ist 23 Jahre alt und studiert BWL an der Mannheim Business School. Sie ist eine aufgeschlossene Person und immer für ein Bierchen oder Glas Vino zu haben. Lena ist 24 Jahre alt und studiert International Management an der HWG LU. Sie macht gerne Sport und geht am liebsten dafür ins Gym. Sie kocht auch super gerne und zaubert dir jegliche Art von veganen Leckereien. Leandro ist 20 Jahre alt und studiert BWL an der Uni Mannheim. Er ist der Highperformer unserer WG und hat eine große Begeisterung für Designer-Möbel. Wenn er nicht in der Bib ist, kocht er auch gerne und ist für jeden Spaß und jedes Getränk zu haben! Es ist uns wichtig, dass sich alle Wohl fühlen und wir ein unkompliziertes und familiäres Zusammenleben haben. Wir wollen keine Zweck-WG und sind offen für gemeinsame Netflix-Abende, gemeinsames Kochen und vor allem sportliche Aktivitäten. Jeder soll dennoch seinen festen Alltag so ausleben können wie er/sie das möchte. Wenn mal Klausurenphase ist oder etwas anderes ansteht, sind wir diesbezüglich entspannt und benötigen auch selbst mal ein bisschen Ruhe und Zeit für uns. Bitte schreibe uns über WG-gesucht eine kurze Vorstellung deiner Person, damit wir dich vorab schon etwas einschätzen können und zu einem Treffen einladen können. Da ich ab Juli mein Auslandssemester in Kolumbien mache, vermiete ich das Zimmer für den angegeben Zeitraum nur unter. Daher ist das Zimmer auch voll möbliert, siehe Fotos. Als Kaution würde ich eine Monatsmiete (530€) nehmen, die dann natürlich zum Auszug zurückgezahlt wird! |
Description english: | Hey everyone, we are looking for a new roommate for our shared flat in Mannheim Neckarstadt-West from July 1 (or July 15) to January 1 or January 15. The apartments were newly renovated in 2022, the house was built in the 1930s. Accordingly, everything is super new and yet still has the charm of an old building. The advertised room is approx. 15 square meters. Thanks to a large window front, it is very bright and pleasantly lit. Otherwise, the shared flat is 125 square meters in total and has a spacious kitchen, which is very suitable for cooking together and shared evenings. There are also a total of 2 bathrooms with a shower/bathtub and WC, which is of course super practical and prevents congestion in the morning! Another plus point is that the apartment building has a large inner courtyard and a cellar compartment, so you can also easily store your bike. The warm rent including electricity, district heating, internet and insurance is €530. The apartment is located in a cute building right next to Café Rost in Neckarstadt-West. So just a step outside the front door for a delicious coffee. Sounds good, doesn't it? ???? From the apartment you can be at the Neckar in 5 minutes (perfect for walking, picnicking, jogging,...) and in 15 minutes in the city... and that on foot :) The apartment is located in a nice side street on Mittelstraße, so all supermarkets and stores are within easy reach. Your future flatmates are Antonia, Lena, Lucy and Leandro. Lucy is 21 years old and is training to be a retail specialist at Engelhorn. She loves coffee or even choir sessions and is up for almost any kind of nonsense. Antonia is 23 years old and is studying business administration at Mannheim Business School. She is an outgoing person and always up for a beer or a glass of vino. Lena is 24 years old and studies International Management at HWG LU. She enjoys sports and loves going to the gym. She also loves cooking and conjures up all kinds of vegan treats. Leandro is 20 years old and studies Business Administration at the University of Mannheim. He is the high performer in our shared flat and has a great enthusiasm for designer furniture. When he's not in the Bib, he also likes to cook and is up for any kind of fun and drinks! It's important to us that everyone feels comfortable and that we live together in an uncomplicated and informal way. We don't want a functional flat share and are open to Netflix evenings, cooking together and, above all, sporting activities. Everyone should still be able to live out their everyday life as they wish. If there is an exam period or something else coming up, we are relaxed in this regard and also need a bit of peace and quiet and time for ourselves. As I will be spending my semester abroad in Colombia from July, I am only subletting the room for the specified period. Therefore the room is fully furnished, see photos. I would take one month's rent (530€) as a deposit, which will of course be refunded when you move out! |
