Description german: | Die Wohnung ist um die 60 m^2 groß, für 2 Personen aber absolut ausreichend. Alle Räume sind vollständig möbilliert und wir werden einige Sachen von uns während des Auslandssemesters hier lassen, die auch mitbenutzt werden können. Ihr könnt also mit euren Klamotten einfach einziehen :) ÖPNV-Anbindung ist sehr gut, man hat hier mehrere Möglichkeiten sowohl in die Innenstadt als auch zur Uni zu fahren und man muss zu den Haltestellen nur um die 5 Minuten hinlaufen. Da meine Mitbewohnerin und ich beide gleichzeitig ins Ausland gehen, wirst du ebenfalls mit einer neuen Person hier einziehen, ihr könnt euch also beide zusammen hier einleben. Wir würden nach unserem Auslandssemester gerne in eine ordentlich hinterlassene Wohnung zurückkehren, wir bevorzugen Personen denen Sauberkeit wichtig ist. Wir hinterlassen übrigens auch unsere Pflanzen hier, während des Semesters müsstet ihr ein wenig Pflanzen-Sitting betreiben. Gerne kontaktieren, wenn ihr Fragen habt oder Bilder sehen wollt. Description english: | The appartment is 60 sqm big, which is totally enough for two people. All rooms are furnished and we´ll leave a few things from us here during our exchange semester, which can be used too during your stay. So it´s ideal for internationals :) The access to public transport is very convenient here, you will have multiple possibilities to go to the uni or to the city centre. It´s just about 5 minutes away from the appartment. My roommate and I will both do an exchange semester, so you´ll move in with a new person and you can both explore Mannheim together. After our exchange we´d like to return to our home in a tidy state, so please take care of our stuff. We´d prefer neat and tidy people as tenants. We´ll leave our plants in Mannheim, so plant-sitting is also a duty you´d need to fulfilll ;) Don´t hesitate to ask any questions or for pictures.
