Description german: | Die Wohnung verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, sowie eine kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank und sogar einem kleinen Gefrierfach. Außerdem hat die Wohnung ein eigenes Badezimmer. Ich vermiete die Wohnung möbeliert, dazu zählen: Bett, Nachttisch, zwei große Regale, ein Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl, ein Kleiderschrank zwei gemütliche Lampen und ein Ventilator. Auch die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Die Wohnung hat eine erstklassige Lage. Die Uni ist direkt gegenüber, man muss nur eine Straße überqueren um zur Uni zu gelangen (es dauert maximal 2 Minuten). Der Hauptbahnhof liegt 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt (mit der Bahn geht es noch schneller). Die Haltestelle "Schloss" ist quasi direkt vor der Haustür, von dort aus kommt man wirklich überall hin. Auch der Paradeplatz liegt nur 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt, und dort fahren wirklich alle Bahnen lang. Man ist also auch sehr schnell in Heidelberg oder Ludwigshafen. Da man in der Innenstadt wohnt ist man quasi von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Möglichkeiten seine freie Zeit zu verbringen umzingelt. Rewe, Aldi, LIDL und co. liegen alle im Umkreis von 10 Minuten. I rent the apartment furnished, including: Bed, bedside table, two large shelves, a desk with desk chair, a closet, and a fan. The kitchen is also fully equipped. The apartment is in a prime location. The university is directly opposite, you only have to cross one street to get to the university (it takes a maximum of 2 minutes). The main train station is a 10-minute walk away (even quicker by train). The “Schloss” stop is practically on the doorstep, from there you can really get anywhere. Paradeplatz is also only 5 minutes away from the apartment, and all the trains really do go there. So you can also get to Heidelberg or Ludwigshafen very quickly. As you live in the city center, you are practically surrounded by shopping facilities and opportunities to spend your free time. Rewe, Aldi, LIDL (those are the biggest grocery stores) and co. are all within a 10-minute radius. Clubs, bars and restaurants are also just around the corner.
