Description german: | Das Zimmer ist ziemlich geräumig und möbliert, da ich selbst im angegebenen Zeitraum im Praktikum bin. Demnach bleiben auch alle Möbel drin die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind (Schreibtisch, Bett, Kleiderständersystem, Regal,Nachttisch), dir wird es also an nichts fehlen Mit dem Fahrrad sind es nur ca. 8 Minuten zur Uni, mit der Bahn brauchst du etwa 15 Minuten. Die Gegend bietet sehr viele Bars und Restaurants, dennoch hat man hier seine Ruhe und ist außerdem direkt am Neckar. Zusammen wohnst du mit zwei Jungs (zw 21--25 Jahre alt) , der eine studiert BWL im Master und der andere Musikbusiness. Beide sind sehr aufgeschlossenen, reisen gerne und begeistern sich für Sport. Ihr habt ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche inkl. Spülmaschine, großem Sofa und Esstisch. Das Bad ist sehr modern und verfügt über einen Trockner und eine Waschmaschine. Außerdem haben wir jegliche Sport-Streaming Abos und eine PS5, für Unterhaltung ist also gesorgt. |
Description english: | The room is quite spacious and furnished, as I will be studying abroad during the specified period. Accordingly, all the furniture shown in the pictures (desk, bed, clothes rack system, shelving, bedside table) will remain in the room, so you won't miss out on anything. It's only about 8 minutes to the university by bike and about 15 minutes by train. There are lots of bars and restaurants in the area, but it's still quiet and right on the Neckar. You live with two boys (aged between 21 and 25), one of whom is studying for a Master's degree in business administration and the other in music business. Both are very open-minded, like to travel and are enthusiastic about sports. You have a shared living room with integrated kitchen incl. dishwasher, large sofa and dining table. The bathroom is very modern and has a dryer and washing machine. We also have all kinds of sports streaming subscriptions and a PS5, so entertainment is provided. |
