In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich ein Aldi und ein Lidl und die Universität Mannheim ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 12 Minuten mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Auch für Pendler ist die Wohnung gut geeignet, da der Hauptbahnhof in 10 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen ist und eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung liegt, die alle 5 Minuten eine Straßenbahn anbietet. Mitbewohner: Du teilst dir diese Wohnung mit 2 anderen Leuten, Fernando (Spanien) und Syam (Indien), also eine sehr internationale Wohnung! Beide sind sehr entspannt und verständnisvoll, so dass du keine Probleme haben solltest. Additionally the kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need, e.g: pots, plates, etc.. Location This flat is located in the heart of the Quadrat next to Marktplatz and Abendakamie in T3. Just on your footstep you have an Aldi and Lidl and the University of Mannheim is reachable in 15 minutes by foot or 12 minutes by train. Likewise the flat also works well for commuters as the main station can be reached in 10 minutes by tram, with a tram station just nearby the flat which offers a tram every 5 minutes. Flatmate: You will be sharing this flat with 2 other people, Fernando (Spain) and Syam (India), so a very international flat!
