Description german: | Hey :) da ich auf Mitte Mai ausziehe wir mein schönes Zimmer im Jungbusch wieder frei. Es hat 15 m² und liegt an der Straße, ist aber nicht sonderlich laut. Tagsüber scheint die Sonne rein, sodass es immer schön warm ist und man kaum heizen muss. Die Möbel auf den Bildern werde ich zum Großteil mitnehmen, den Schrank würde ich gerne dalassen. Das können wir aber gerne auch noch genauer besprechen. Es gibt ein Bad, eine Dusche, und ein Klo, also auf jeden Fall genug für 7 Leute. Das Zimmer liegt im Jungbusch, also sehr zentral und nah an Bars und allem weiteren was man so will. In 10 bis 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Paradeplatz. Die nächste Bahnstation ist die Haltestelle Rheinstraße, die ist circa 3. Minuten entfernt. Zum Supermarkt sind es circa 10 Minuten. Wir sind in der WG zu siebt, und das ganze Haus besteht aus WGs. Deine neuen Mitbewohner:innen wären Kavya (22), die aber demnächst in Ausland geht, Mina (19), Jakob (20), Finn (20), Rick (20) und David (22), der ebenfalls neu einzieht. Im Hauschat kann man bei Problemen immer nachfragen und auch sonst gibt es oft gemeinsame Unternehmungen mit den Leuten aus dem Haus, z.B. Bingoabende oder Hauspartys. Man muss aber nicht dabei sein, und kann auch mal für sich bleiben :) Meldet euch gerne direkt per WhatsApp :) |
Description english: | Hey :) I'm moving out in the middle of May, so my nice room in Jungbusch will be available again. It's 15 m² and is facing the street, but not particularly noisy. The sun shines in during the day, so it's always nice and warm and you hardly need to heat it. I will be taking most of the furniture in the pictures with me, but I would like to leave the wardrobe. But we can discuss this in more detail. There is a bathroom, a shower and a toilet, so definitely enough for 7 people. The room is in Jungbusch, which is very central and close to bars and everything else you could want. You can walk to Paradeplatz in 10 to 15 minutes. The nearest train station is Rheinstraße, which is about 3 minutes away. The supermarket is about 10 minutes away. There are seven of us in the shared flat, and the whole house is made up of shared flats. Your new flatmates would be Kavya (22), who is going abroad soon, Mina (19), Jakob (20), Finn (20), Rick (20) and David (22), who is also moving in. You can always ask about problems in the house chat and there are often other activities with the people from the house, liko bingo evenings or house parties.
