Description german: | Die Wohnung ist ein ein großes Zimmer mit couch, Tisch und Bett. (Das Bett ist wegklappbar so das Tagsüber sehr viel Boden frei ist und mann gut Sport machen kann.) Die Küche ist ein Separater Raum und ist Ebenfalls voll ausgestattet auch mit Besteck und Tellern. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und somit entsprechend groß. Die nächste Haltestation ist 4 Minuten laufen entfernt und mann direkt in die Innstadt fahren. Ein Bäcker liegt vor der Haustür und der Nächste Rewe, Aldi und Dm ist 200m entfernt. Ich suche einen Untermieter für das nächste Wintersemester, wenn der Januar aber nicht mit vermietet ist, passt das auch. Die Miete ist 470Euro und die Nebenkosten betragen 150Euro |
Description english: | The apartment is a large room with a couch, table, and bed. (The bed folds away so that during the day, there is plenty of floor space available and one can do sport well. The kitchen is a separate room and is also fully equipped including cutlery and plates. The bathroom has a bathtub and is accordingly spacious. The nearest tram stop is a 4 minute walk away, and you can go directly to the city center. There is a bakery right outside the door, and the nearest Rewe, Aldi, and Dm are 200m away. I am looking for a subtenant for the next winter semester, but if January is not included in the rental period, that's also okay. The rent ist 470 Euros and utilities are 150 Euros. |
