Die Möblierung ist sorgfältig ausgewählt und umfasst ein komfortables Bett, einen geräumigen Schreibtisch und ausreichend Stauraum für Kleidung und persönliche Gegenstände. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum Mannheims. Mit einem 10 minütigen Fußweg bis zur Universität Mannheim, sowie der Nähe zu Clubs und Shopping-Läden ist die Wohnung perfekt geeignet für Studenten. Die nächste Tram-Station befindet sich 1 Minute entfernt von der Wohnung. Auch den Bahnhof erreicht man zu Fuß in 15 oder mit der Tram in 5 Minuten. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich das Q6/Q7-Center mit u.a. einem Rewe, weshalb man auch schnell seine Einkäufe erledigen kann. Da sowohl meine Mitbewohnerin als auch ich uns von Juli bis Ende Januar im Ausland befinden werden, stehen beide Zimmer zur Verfügung. Somit wäre die Wohnung auch perfekt für Freunde geeignet oder für internationale Studenten, die noch eine Unterkunft suchen. Da die Zimmer gleich groß sind, ist die Wohnung ideal für eine WG. |

The furnishings are carefully selected and include a comfortable bed, a spacious desk, and ample storage space for clothes and personal belongings. The apartment is located in the center of Mannheim. With a 10-minute walk to the University of Mannheim, as well as proximity to clubs and shopping stores, the apartment is perfect for students. The nearest tram station is just 1 minute away from the apartment. The train station can also be reached on foot in 15 minutes or by tram in 5 minutes. Directly opposite is the Q6/Q7 Center, which includes a Rewe supermarket, making it convenient for grocery shopping. Since both my roommate and I will be abroad from July until the end of January, both rooms are available. Thus, the apartment would also be perfect for friends or international students looking for accommodation. As the rooms are of equal size, the apartment is ideal for a shared flat (WG). |
