Description german: | Das Zimmer ist sehr hell mit vielen Fenstern und schönen Möbeln. Ich würde alles außer den Fernseher und die Kommode, auf welcher der Fernseher steht da lassen. Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 Quadratmeter groß und sehr geräumig. Einrichtung: sehr großer Schrank, Sofa, Bett, Sofa-Tisch und Bettkommode. Das Zimmer ist auch nachts sehr ruhig und man hört keinen Lärm von der WG oder von draußen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Wohnung befindet sich in ca 12 Minuten Entfernung zur Innenstadt zu Fuß. Die Uni Mannheim erreicht man in knapp 15 Minuten. Direkt neben der Wohnung befindet sich die Bushaltestelle „Akademiestrasse“, mit der 60 und 62 erreicht man die Uni und den Hauptbahnhof in weniger als 12 Minuten. Im Jungbusch ist immer was los und es mangelt nicht an coolen und leckeren Restaurants und Bars. Das WG-Leben ist einwandfrei. In dem gesamten Gebäude wohnen ausschließlich junge Menschen, wodurch man sehr schnell Freunde und Anschluss findet. Auch die WG-Mitbewohner sind alle super freundlich und offen. |
Description english: | The room is very bright with lots of windows and nice furniture. I would leave everything there except the TV and the dresser that the TV sits on. The room is about 12 square meters and very spacious. Furnishings: very large cupboard, sofa, bed, sofa table and bed chest. The room is very quiet even at night and you don't hear any noise from the shared apartment or outside. The location is very good, the apartment is about 12 minutes away from the city center on foot. The University of Mannheim can be reached in just under 15 minutes. Right next to the apartment is the “Akademiestrasse” bus stop; with the 60 and 62 you can reach the university and the main train station in less than 12 minutes. There is always something going on in Jungbusch and there is no shortage of cool and delicious restaurants and bars. Shared living is impeccable. Only young people live in the entire building, which means you can make friends and connections very quickly. The roommates are also all super friendly and open. |
