Beschreibung Deutsch: | Liebe WG-Suchende, Wir sind eine herzliche 3-er WG in dem schönsten Stadtteil von Mannheim, der Schwetzinger-Vorstadt. Unsere WG ist sehr neu und wurde vor 3 Jahren komplett renoviert. Deshalb sind wir mit einer modernen Küche, einem sauberen Bad und einem großen Balkon ausgestattet! Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man so braucht: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, vollständig ausgestattete Küche und ein Balkon ausgestattet mit Palettensofa, Tisch und Stühlen. Auch Haushalts- und Putzmittel sind vollständig vorhanden (Staubsauger, Wäscheständer,...). Da mein Mitbewohner Johannes und ich ab dem Sommer für ein Semester ins Ausland gehen, suchen wir eine*n Zwischenmieter*in. Harlin, die dritte im Bunde, wird noch weiter in der Wohnung wohnen und freut sich auf coole Mitbewohner*innen! Harlin studiert Geschichte und BWL an der Uni Mannheim und ist ein strahlender Sonnenschein. Sie backt das beste Brot und liebt Kaffee über alles. Außerdem ist Sie immer für tolle Gespräche zu haben! :) Gerne verbringen wir nach einer gemeinsamen Kochsession den Abend mit einem Glas Wein (oder auch mehr) auf dem Balkon. Das WG-Zimmer ist 13 qm groß, mit neuwertigen Möbel vollständig ausgestattet und hat ein großes Fenster, das zum Innenhof gerichtet ist, sodass es sehr ruhig ist. Generell ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen, da wir in einer Nebenstraße wohnen, wo kaum Verkehr stattfindet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist mit unmittelbarer Nähe zum Wasserturm und Hauptbahnhof einfach unschlagbar (5min Fußweg). Alles wichtige findet ihr direkt vor Ort (Lidl 2 min, Bäckerei, Apotheke, Hauptbahnhof mit diversen Essensmöglichkeiten 5 min). Sogar der beste Döner Mannheims ist in nur 2 Min zu erreichen. Beschreibung Englisch: | Hi guys, We are a kind shared apartment (3 people-WG) living in the most beautiful district of Mannheim, the Schwetzinger-Vorstadt. Our WG is very new and was completely renovated 3 years ago. Therefore, we are equipped with a modern kitchen, a clean bathroom and a large balcony! The apartment offers everything you need: Washing machine, dishwasher, fully supplied kitchen and a balcony equipped with pallet sofa, table and chairs. Additionally, household supplies are fully available (vacuum cleaner, laundry rack, cleaning utensils,...). Since my roommate Johannes and I are going abroad for one semester starting this summer, we are looking for an interim tenant. Harlin, the third in the group, will continue to live in the apartment and is looking forward to live together with cool roommates! Harlin is studying history and business administration at the University of Mannheim and is a bright sunshine. She bakes the best bread and loves coffee more than anything. In addition, she is always available for great conversation! :) We enjoy spending the evening after a joint cooking session with a glass of wine (or more) on the balcony. The shared room is 13 sqm, fully equipped with new furniture and has a large window facing the courtyard, so it is very quiet in the room. In general, the apartment is located very quietly, because we live in a side street where there is hardly any traffic. The location of the apartment is simply unbeatable with close proximity to the "Wasserturm" and main station of Mannheim (5min walk). Everything important you can find directly on site (Lidl 2 min, bakery, pharmacy, main station with various food options 5 min). Even the best kebab in Mannheim is only 2 minutes away. To the university it is only 5 min by bike and 15 min by foot.
