Description german: | Da mein Mitbewohner und ich für das Herbst-/ Wintersemester 2019/20 im Ausland studieren suchen wir für den Zeitraum Juli 2019 bis Januar 2020 zwei nette ZwischenmieterInnen für unsere helle voll möblierte 2er WG. Das zweite Zimmer steht also auch zur Verfügung, falls die Wohnung als WG genutzt werden soll. Die 2-Zimmer Wohnung ist etwa 60 qm groß und befindet sich im EG eines Altbaus, was das Tragen von Einkaufstüten und Wasserkisten deutlich angenehmer macht. Die ruhige Wohnung mit drei Meter hohen Decken besteht aus zwei etwa gleich großen Zimmern, einer Küche, einem Tageslichtbad sowie dem wahrscheinlich längsten Flur Mannheims. Das zu mietende Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß und die Ausstattung umfasst ein Bett (90x200), einen großen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, verschiedene Regale und einen Sessel. Auch die Küche bietet alles was man für den Alltag braucht. Hier befindet sich eine Sitzgruppe bestehend aus dem Tisch und 4 Stühlen, einem Regal, einer Kommode, sowie Herd, Backofen und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Dazu kommt eine Vielzahl an Haushaltsgeräten: Mikrowelle, zwei Kaffeemaschinen (Filter- und Senseomaschine), Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mixer, Pürierstab sowie die übliche Kochutensilien (Pfannen, Töpfe, Geschirr, Besteck etc.) Das für Altbauten typisch kleine Bad verfügt über ein Fenster, was das Lüften und Tageslicht ermöglicht. Das wahre Alleinstellungsmerkmal ist jedoch der wahrscheinlich längste Flur Mannheims. Hier befindet sich neben der Garderobe auch ein Drucker und eine Waschmaschine. Darüber hinaus sorgt eine 80-Meter lange Lichterkette für das passende Wohlfühlambiente. Im Innenhof gibt es die Möglichkeit Fahrräder sicher abzustellen. Zudem besteht die Möglichkeit günstig einen Parkschein für Bewohnerplätze zu erwerben. Die Wohnung bietet die perfekte Verbindung von Uni, der Innenstadt, Ausgehmöglichkeiten und Freizeitgestaltung. Die im Mannheimer Schloss ansässige Universität sowie alle anderen Uni-Gebäude sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle sowie der Alfred-Delp-Sportplatz sind in nur drei Minuten zu erreichen. In genauso kurzer Zeit ist der Rhein mit seiner dazugehörigen Promenade fürs Joggen, Spaziergänge sowie gemütliche Abende am Ufer zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist außerdem eine guter Startpunkt für ein Besuch im nahegelegenen Jungbusch, dem Szeneviertel Mannheims. Die Wohnung wird zur Zwischenmiete angeboten. Alle Möbel können abschlagsfrei genutzt werden. Zu den Nebenkosten kann gesagt werden, dass alle Kosten inklusive Strom, Heizung und auch dem WLAN enthalten sind. Description english: | As my roommate and I are studying abroad for the autumn/winter semester 2019/20 we are looking for two nice intermediate renters for the period July 2019 to December 2019 for our bright fully furnished 2 room apartment. The 2-room apartment is about 60 sqm large and is located on the ground floor of an old building, which makes carrying shopping bags and water boxes much more pleasant. The quiet apartment with three meter high ceilings consists of two rooms of about the same size, a kitchen, a daylight bath and probably the longest hallway in Mannheim. The second room is can be rent too if the falt should be used as a shared appartment for two. The room is approx. 16 square meters and the equipment includes a bed (90x200), a large wardrobe, a desk with chair, various shelves and an armchair. The kitchen also offers everything you need for everyday life. There is a sitting area consisting of a table and 4 chairs, a shelf, a chest of drawers, as well as a stove, oven and refrigerator with freezer compartment. In addition there is a variety of household appliances: Microwave, two coffee machines (filter and senseo machine), electric kettle, toaster, mixer, hand blender as well as the usual cooking utensils (pans, pots, dishes, cutlery etc.). The small bathroom, typical of old buildings, has a window that allows ventilation and daylight. The true standalone feature, however, is probably Mannheim's longest corridor. Besides the wardrobe there is also a printer and a washing machine. In addition, an 80-metre long chain of lights provides the right feel-good ambience. In the inner courtyard there is the possibility to park bicycles safely. There is also the possibility of purchasing a parking ticket for residents at a reasonable price. The apartment offers the perfect combination of university, downtown, nightlife and leisure activities. The university in Mannheim Palace and all other university buildings are within walking distance. The nearest bus stop and the Alfred-Delp sports field are only three minutes away. The Rhine with its promenade for jogging, walks and cosy evenings on the banks can be reached in just as short a time. The apartment is also a good starting point for a visit to nearby Jungbusch, the trendy district of Mannheim. The apartment is offered for intermediate rent. All furniture can be used without deductions. Regarding the additional costs it can be said that the 830€ includes all costs including electricity, heating and WiFi.
