Description german: | Das Zimmer bietet mit 12qm viel Platz und ist vollmöbliert (großer Kleiderschrank, Regal, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und sehr bequemes Bett). Darüber hinaus gibt es in unserer WG 2 Lagerräume. Mein Zimmer wurde neu renoviert und saniert. Aufgrund dessen besteht es gar kein Gefahr von Schimmel oder anderen Problemen. Im Winter ist es drinnen warm und kuschelig, man muss sich ja auch keine Gedanken über den Energieverbrauch machen. Der Schwerpunkt meiner Wohnung sind die 2 leicht zugänglichen Terrassen. Eine von denen kann nur von meinem Zimmer aus durch den Trittleiter erreicht werden (siehe Fotos) und bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick an den Fernmeldeturm, sogar wenn man aufsteht und auf dem Fenster schaut. Von hier aus kann man den Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Die zweite Terrasse ist von der Küche aus von allen Mitbewohnern erreichbar. Da gibt es einen Grill und 2 große Tische, alle unsere. Von hier aus kann man den Sonnenuntergang sehen. In der WG gibt es noch 2 Badezimmer, eins mit Badewanne. In der Küche gibt es 2 kleine Öfen und mehr Kühlschränke als notwendig. :) Die Lage ist sowohl durch die Nahe an den Universitäten als auch durch die Ruhe und kulturelle Vielfalt perfekt für alle Studierenden Mannheim. |
Description english: | The room offers 12 square meters of space and is fully furnished (large closet, shelf, desk with chair and very comfortable bed). There are also 2 storage rooms in our shared flat. My room has been newly renovated and refurbished. As a result, there is no risk of mold or other problems. It's warm and cozy inside in winter and you don't have to worry about energy consumption. The focal point of my apartment are the 2 easily accessible terraces. One of them can only be reached from my room via the stepladder (see photos) and offers a wonderful view of the telecommunications tower, even if you stand up and look out of the window. You can watch the sunrise from here. The second terrace is accessible from the kitchen by all flatmates. There is a barbecue and 2 large tables, all ours. You can watch the sunset from here. There are 2 bathrooms in the shared flat, one with a bathtub. In the kitchen there are 2 small ovens and more fridges than necessary. :) The location is perfect for all students in Mannheim due to its proximity to the universities as well as its tranquillity and cultural diversity. |
