Description german: | Das Zimmer befindet sich in I1, 10 im 5. OG, wobei ein Aufzug vorhanden ist. Durch die Höhe ist kaum etwas von dem typischen Mannheim-Trubel zu hören! Die Wohnung verfügt über ein überaus großes und geräumiges Wohn- und Esszimmer und du kannst gern Schränke/ Regale etc. im gemeinsamen Bereich nutzen wenn der Platz im Zimmer nicht reicht Darüber hinaus verfügt die Wohnung über eine mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine ausgestattete Küche sowie riesige Fenster in der ganzen Wohnung! Die Aussicht fand ich schon immer toll, da man auf der breiten Fensterbank "peoplewatchen" kann. Die Nachbarn sind allesamt ruhige Familien und super nette Menschen. Ich lege großen Wert auf eine ruhige Atmosphäre; zu Hause bin ich weitestgehend am entspannen. Wenn du ab und zu viele Gäste hier hast, ist das zwar okay, aber wenn es zu viel wird ist es nichts für mich. Bitte nur Nichtraucher*innen. In der Miete sind ALLE Kosten inkludiert.:) Schreib mir gerne einen Text zu dir, deinem Alter, Beruf/Studiengang, ob du Bafög erhältst, Hobby, wie du dir das WG Leben vorstellst. |
Description english: | The room is located in I1, 10 on the 5th floor, with an elevator available. Due to the height, hardly anything of the typical Mannheim hustle and bustle can be heard! The apartment boasts an extremely large and spacious living and dining room, and you're welcome to use cabinets/shelves, etc. in the common area if the space in the room isn't enough. Additionally, the apartment features a kitchen equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, as well as huge windows throughout the apartment! I've always found the view great, as you can 'people-watch' from the broad windowsill. The neighbors are all quiet families and super nice people. I place great importance on a peaceful atmosphere; at home, I'm mostly relaxing. While it's okay if you occasionally have many guests here, if it becomes too much, it's not for me. Please only non-smokers. ALL costs are included in the rent. :) Feel free to write me a text about yourself, your age, profession/studies, whether you receive financial aid, hobbies, and how you envision the shared living experience. |
